Casa Yamulkan sits just forty feet from the water's edge along the incredible white sand beach of Soliman Bay. This large crescent shaped bay is home to only private beach homes and is never crowded. An outer barrier reef protects the bay. Waters are calm making a perfect haven for tropical fish and other marine life.

This beautiful grass roofed house can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children offering, on the main level, two air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed and its own bath. A television room doubles as a sleeping room for larger groups.

On the upper level are two additional, lofty roofed palapas with sleeping areas. Both are furnished with two double beds. Ceiling fans hang from the palapa vaulted ceilings. These sleeping areas look down onto the living/dining room area below.

There is also an additional apartment for two guests with private entrance. It is detached from the main living area and located up the outside stairway leading to the veranda. It is very private and furnished with queen bed, table, chairs and bathroom with shower. Its beach view is spectacular with large windows that catch the sea breeze.

Snorkel, sea kayak, and enjoy the shade palapa with hammocks and lounge chairs. Welcome to Yamulkan.

2010 prices per week:

Rates are USD per week (8 adults plus 2 children).

Holiday reservations require seven night minimum.
High season minimum seven nights.
Low season minimum five nights.

Each additional guest over 8 please add
$150.

Maximum occupancy 10 guests.

Beachfront home with vaulted grass roofs and sleeping loft looking down on main floor. Accommodates 8 adults and 2 children.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

Main house has 2 ground floor air-conditioned bedrooms each with a king bed and private bath. Upstairs are two palapa sleeping areas. Both are furnished with double beds and ceiling fans. See photos below.

Additionally there is also a separate, private apartment with its own access up an outside staircase. Sleeps two. See photo.

Television room with SKY satellite television programming. CD player and pre-paid internet cards available. (This room can also double as sleeping area for larger groups.) It is furnished with queen bed, table, chairs and bathroom with shower. Ceiling fan, sea breeze cooled, no air-conditioning needed.

Beachside terrace furnished for outside dining.
New barbeque grill. 2 kayaks. Beach palapa with hammocks and lounge chairs. Also, two charming dogs.
