Tropical Evergreens Casa Grande is a beautiful beach home with an open split-level first floor. A uniquely enclosed and gently curving stairway ascends to two newly added loft bedrooms with full bathroom. On the first floor there is a king-size bed with bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main living area. A spacious dining table separates the living room from the full kitchen, and massive mahogany doors open onto the beach side exterior patio. Palms provide cool shade on the exterior's rose tiled patio making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sea breezes. The house has a VCR, stereo system with CDs for your entertainment, and a lock box for your valuables.

A short winding path leads to the beach where a large thatched palapa makes ample shade for hammocks and lounge chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling in the bay are excellent, right out your front door! Coffee or tea at sunrise is a must!
