Maya Jardin is a 5 bedroom 7 bath Villa sleeping 10 to 14 guests.

Enjoy this wonderful Villa with beach side pool, 4 air conditioned pool side bedrooms and an air conditioned upper level master suite with full kitchen, living room and ocean terrace. Sleeps up to 14.

Each rental includes the upstairs, with a spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and an upper loft with 2 futons. Since there are 4 bedroom suites downstairs; the three, four and five bedroom rentals will include two or more of these suites.

All lower level rooms are equipped with a three foot high refrigerator, drinking glasses and a security safe. Each room is fully air conditioned (with mini-splits) and has a ceiling fan, private bathroom, all-wood windows with louvers. The four rooms open onto the pool with the beach directly off the pool deck.

The upper level includes one deluxe bedroom with two queen beds, private bathroom and access to the beach side terrace. The view overlooks the pool and beach, then out to sea. All the amenities needed for a long term stay are on the second level.

Rates are USD per week for base occupancy.

Base Occupancy is:

6 guests in 3 bedrooms - Max occ. 8
8 guests in 4 bedrooms - Max occ. 10
10 guests in 5 bedrooms Max occ. 14

Add $250 per week for each additional guest over base occupancy. (infants under 2 free)

Security deposit - $500 USD upon check-in.
Refunded upon check-out barring any undue damages.

   Amenities For Your Enjoyment

Everything you need and a view. Includes a full kitchen with amazing painted refrigerator, raised breakfast bar, furnished ocean terrace, dining area and living room sofa area with wall mounted flat screen TV. Beautiful furnishings and cabinetry in solid native hardwoods are everywhere. Great beach side pool and Soliman's sandy beach with shade umbrellas is your frontage on Soliman Bay.

The loft mini-office and lounge area is perched above the apartment's main living space and runs the length of the apartment. For your convenience there is a desk with swivel chair, broadband connection, WiFi zone, another table and chair, and ample lighting. Opposite the office side of the loft is a second living room with two futon couches, coffee table and some other furnishings.

The beach side pool is 36 ft. x 13 ft. with the room "swim-up" decks on one side and the beach and sea on the other. There are exterior furnished patios for three of the rooms. Bedroom 3 opens directly on the pool. There are four bar stools in the center of the pool for socializing and enjoying the sea view. Beach palapas and chaises are on the beach with more chaises around the pool.

On the "jardin" or garden side of the Villa is a large barbecue area with palapa topped seating for up to 14 people. This is an excellent place to read and relax around the corner from the beach side and sea breeze.
